Nice and luminous 26 square meters 1-room aparment for rent from the beginning of February. It lies directly in the city center, only 3 walking minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and bars as well as the Cheltenham Park and the wall. The apartment has a pantry kitchen with stove, cupboard and fridge. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The room is fully equipped.
Since I wont take my furniture with me, I need someone who can take most of my furniture (probably: bed,desk, table (1 or 2), cupboards, sofa, curtains especially fittings for the windows, etc). Due to the four windows, the room is wonderfully luminous.
