Ich ziehe zum 01.02. aus und suche deshalb einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Es hat kuschelige 10 qm, in die doch alles hineinpasst, was ich brauchte. Es gibt einen Wandschrank, der für zusätzlichen Stauraum sorgt. Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben der Gemeinschaftsküche und unweit der Badezimmer. Dank der gut gedämmten Wände hört man von den Nachbarn seltenst etwas. In der Küche gibt's ein extra reserviertes Kühlschrankfach und Platz in den Schränken. Zusätzlich gibt es dort einen Ort zum Essen mit mehreren Leuten. Außerdem hat die Etage einen Gemeinschaftsraum für gesellige Abende.

I move away from here at February 1st and I'm looking for a new tenant for my room. It has cuddly 10 sq m but you can put in what you need. There's a walk-in cupboard with additional storage space. The common kitchen is directly next to the room. The bathrooms are not far away, too. The thick walls make you not hear your neighbours most of the time. In the kitchen, there's a reserved shelf in the fridge and free space in the cupboards. Also, there's a place to eat with a few of your friends. Additionally, there's a common room on the storey for socially spent evenings.
Die Lage ist das wohl Beste an der Wohnung. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße mit Kneipen, Nachtleben und Shoppingmöglichkeiten ist 2 Fußminuten entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor der Tür und zum Zentralcampus läuft man zehn Minuten. Vor und hinter dem Haus sind Parkplätze zuhauf und nebenan sind eine Videothek, ein Asiaimbiss und ein Subway. Ein REWE ist etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

The position is the very best thing of the flat. The main shopping street with pubs, night life and shops is 2 walking minutes away, a bus stop is directly in front of the door and you can walk to the central campus within 10 minutes. Both in front of and behind the building, there are parking areas. Near around the house, there is a video shop, an Asian restaurant and a Subway (the restaurant franchise). A REWE (supermarket) is 5 walking minutes away.
Auch wenn das Zimmer per se ein Einzelzimmer ist und man, wenn man nicht will, niemandem begegnen muss, ergeben sich hier und da Möglichkeiten, auf dem Flur die Nachbarn kennenzulernen. Daraus kann sich dann mal ein gemeinsames Kochen oder abendliches Weggehen ermöglichen.

Even though the room is a single room per se and if you want your privacy, you don't have to interact with your neighbours, here are enough opportunities to get to know your neighbours. This can lead to common cooking or common partying sometimes.
