März 2018 wird meine super tolle Wohnung frei und ich möchte sie dir weiter geben! Die Wohnung ist möbliert und wäre mit allem drum und dran abzugeben. Die Möbel würde ich an dich weiterverkaufen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, indem du Schuhe und Jacken abstellen kannst. Von dem Flur gehen 2 Zimmer ab: das kleine gemütliche Bad, mit Dusche und WC und der Wohnbereich. In dem Wohnbereich findest du alles, was du brauchst. Ein Sofa, welches man als Bett umbauen kann, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schrank und Kommode, eine Party-Küche, Esstisch mit Barhockern, ein paar kleine Regale, Wohnzimmertisch uvm. Neben der Küche ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum. Ich würde dir die Möbel gerne überlassen und hoffe, dass wir uns preislich einigen können. Ich bin zur Zeit leider in Berlin, weshalb ich dir die Wohnung erst im Januar zeigen könnte, sonst müsste ich mit meiner Untermieterin sprechen, dass sie dir die Wohnung evtl. vorher schon zeigen könnte.
Du kannst dir gerne die Wohnung in den nächsten Tagen anschauen kommen :)
Wenn du die Wohnung ab Februar nimmst, gehe ich gerne mit dem Möbelpreis etwas runter.
Dear future owner of my apartment,
From march 2018 on my lovely and cozy apartment will be free and I want to give it to you!
The apartment consists of a little corridor, where you can put your shoes and jackets. From the corridor you can go into two rooms: a little cozy bathroom with shower and toilet and the living area. In the living area you can find all you need. A Sofa which you can also rebuild into a bed, a desk with a chair, a cupboard and a dresser, a pantry-kitchen, dining table with two barstools, a few little shelves, a living room table and so on. Next to the kitchen there is a little room where you can store your stuff. I would like to leave the furniture. At the moment I am in Berlin, that’s why I could show you the apartment only in January.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Rewe, 400 Meter weiter ein Lidl. Aldi und andere Geschäfte sind auch in deiner unmittelbaren Umgebung. Unten im Haus ist eine Allgemeinärztin und ein Waschsalon, gegenüber ein Zahnarzt
Du brauchst ungefähr 2 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle "blauer Turm" von der Busse zum Nordcampus (ca 12 Minuten Fahrt), in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof fahren. Zum Zentralcampus ist es auch nicht weiter. Wenn du gerne zu Fuß unterwegs bist, erreichst du auch alles was du brauchst. In ca 15-20 Minuten erreichst du auch die Innenstadt.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es immer ruhig. Du wohnst ganz oben, weshalb du auch durch kein Fußgetrappel von oben geweckt werden kannst.

The location oft he apartment is perfect. In 200 meters you can reach the REWE, in 400 meters there is a Lidl. Aldi and other supermarkets are also close. In the house you can find a general practitioner and a washing salon, on the other side of the street you can find a dentist.
You need approximately 2 minutes to the bus station “Blauer Turm” from where you can take a bus to the north campus (roughly 12 minutes) as well as to the city center and the railway station. Central Campus is also super close. If you like to go for a walk you can also reach the city center and the railway station in 15 – 20 minutes. Despite the central location of the apartment it is always quite. You will live under the roof of the house so you will not hear something from above.
Wie ich oben schon erwähnte, bin ich bis Januar nicht in Göttingen. Dann bin ich aber gerne bereit mit dir die Wohnung anzuschauen und alles weitere zu besprechen.
Um Strom und Internet muss sich im Haus jeder selbst kümmern, gerne kann ich dabei aber behilflich sein.
Noch was wichtiges: Es kann leider nur an Studenten weiter vermietet werden. Für den Vertrag benötigst du also eine aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.

In this house everyone has to take care of his own WLAN and electricity, but I can assist in organizing this.
Something important: The apartment can only be rent to students. For the contract you have to have an actual Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.

•kleiner Wohnzimmertisch (weiß)
•Badezimmerschrank (weiß)
•Spiegel (im Flur, mit Rahmen in silbern)
•Garderobe mit Hutablage (weiß)
•Rollos für schräge Dachfenster (weiß)
•Vorhang (Silber Pailletten für Abstellkammer)
•Kommode (Hochglanz weiß, hochwertig)
•TV Schrank (Hochglanz weiß, hochwertig)
•Schlafcouch (grau, sehr bequem!)
Für alle Einrichtungsgegenstände zusammen hätte ich gerne 1.100€.
Eventuell ist auch ein früherer Einzug möglich (Bei Übernahme aller Möbelstücke)
