The apartment (201) is located on the second floor of the Max-Kade-Haus on Roedererstr. 15. It is completely furnished with a single bed & mattress, cupboard, wooden shelf, table, chair + a few small tables, lamps & a microwave. It has a private bathroom/toilet while the kitchen is shared. You're also welcome to use my pots/pans etc.
Ethernet / Wifi and TV connection can be used for the entire sub-lease period. The room is equipped with your own bathroom/toilet, only the kitchen is shared but there is a weekly cleaning service and a cleaning roster. The people are very nice so you can always ask anyone anything :-) The kitchen has 2 ovens and 2x4 hobs as well as TV (on top of other things).
There is also a bike storage facility in the basement. The use of the washing machines only costs 1 euro per cycle.
Only immatriculated students are allowed to sublease this place.

The house is next to Mensa Italia and close to the Klinikum, Central and Nord Campus & the Hochschulsport. Bus-stops are reachable within 5 mins by foot, grocery stores are approx 10mins by foot.
