Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen hellen Zimmer mit Fensterfront und Kochnische mit 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Spüle. Daran angrenzend liegt ein kleiner Flur, ein separater praktischer Abstellraum und das Badezimmer. Der Zustand der Wohnung und des Hauses ist sehr gut.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine + Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung im Keller. Waschmarken werden beim Hausmeister erworben.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit für 15€/Monat einen Kellerraum zu mieten (nach Absprache mit Hausverwaltung).
Zusätzlich gibt es einen Fahrradkeller zur freien Nutzung.
Die Wohnung wird zum 15.04. frei. Warmmiete beträgt 460€ (exklusive Strom u. Internet). Es besteht die Möglichkeit den Internetvertrag (Vodafone 20€/Monat) zu übernehmen.

It consists of a large and bright room with 4 big windows, a pantry kitchen as well as a bathroom and a storage room all connected through a small corridor. Everything is in good condition.
A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available to all residents, as is the room for bicylce storage.
If you wish you could furthermore rent your own section in the basement for 15€/month.
The appartment will be vacant on the 15th of April. Rent is 460€ in addition to internet and electricity bills. If you like you can continue the use of internet and router for 20€/month.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Wochenmarkt in der südlichen Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Rewe) sowie ÖPVN, also mehrere Bushaltestellen, liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe (2-3 min zu Fuß). Trotz Innenstadtlage schön ruhig!
The appartment is located in the south of Göttingen's city center near the Wochenmarkt. There are several supermarkets as well as bus stops in immediate walking distance (2-3 min).
