Suche ab dem 1.2.2008 eine/n Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist ca 18 m" groß, das Bad liegt auf dem Flur und wird gemeinsam genutzt, im Zimmer gibt es eine Kochnische. Es ist möglich, Kühlschrank sowie Kochplatten zu übernehmen, auch, wenn benötigt,einzelne Möbel.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral, schräg gegenüber des Neuen Rathauses.Es ist aber ruhig, weil sie sich in einer Seitenstraße-und nach hinten raus befindet.Zur Uni mit dem bike sind´s 10 Min, Einkaufen 2 Min.Es gibt einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung, die Nachbarn sind nett. Ich suche jdn., da ich in eine 3er-Wg ziehe.
