Die Miete beträgt 335€ (warm). Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur mit Kochenische, einem großen Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer und einem Bad.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG und blickt auf die Annastraße.

My 16 m2 apartment needs a new tenant as of 1.5.2019.
The monthly rent is 335€. The apartment constists of an entrance hallway with a small cooking niche, a bedroom/living room, and a bathroom with shower. The room is on the 3rd floor and faces the Annastraße.
During the last (almost) year that I've lived here, I've enjoyed living in the apartment, but am now moving to another city, which is why I would like to give up the apartment now.
Die Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage in der Annastraße.
Zur Universität ist es ein Katzensprung, zum Rewe und Lidl zwei bis fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Stadt ist in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Fiz ist nicht weit.

The apartment is optimally located in the Annastraße. The university is just a stone's throw away, and walking to Rewe or Lidl just takes 2-5 minutes. The city center can easily be reached with a short 10 minute walk, and the Fiz is also not far away.
