Deutsch: Ich suche eine langfristige Nachmieter*in für diese kleine und feine Wohnung, da ich wegen meines Abschlusses umziehe. Hier befindet sich eine gemütliche möblierte Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung neben dem Zentrum und Z-Campus, die sich eine Kochnische und Badezimmer beinhaltet. Es ist eine Student*innen Wohnanlage von GöHv. Ich gebe die Möbeln nach der künftigen Nachmieter*in ab: ein 90x200 IKEA Bett mit Matratze und 2 Schubladen (das Bett ist erweitbar dank der Struktur), ein kleiner Tisch als Kommode, Bücherregal, ein großer Arbeitstisch, Garderobe, Bartisch mit 2 Stühle, Küchenarbeitsplatte mit einem Platz für einen Ofen und eine Garderobe für Jacken und Schuhen sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für Fahrräder vor dem Wohngebäude, sowie einer für Autos (nur für Bewohner*innen) unter dem Gebäude.
English: I am looking for a new long-term tenant for this small and nice apartment, because I am moving due to my graduation. This is a cozy one-bedroom apartment next to the center and Z-Campus, which includes a kitchenette and bathroom. It is a student housing complex of GöHv. I give the furniture to the future tenant: a 90x200 IKEA bed with mattress and two drawers (the bed is expandable thanks to the structure), a small nightstand, a bookcase, a large work table, wardrobe, bar table with 2 chairs, kitchen desk with a place for an oven and a coat rack for jackets and shoes are present. There is a parking lot for bicycles in front of the residential building, as well as one for cars (for residents only) under the building.
Deutsch: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Kreuzbergring und neben dem Z-Campus, also man kann den Blauen Turm von hier sehen. Man kann zum Fuß innerhalb 10-15 Min. in der Innenstadt, auch innerhalb 20 Min. bei dem Bahnhof. Es gibt viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe von der Wohnung, wie Blauer Turm, Goßlerstraße und Kreuzbergring, deswegen wird man allen Teilen der Stadt gut verbunden. Viele Supermärkten sind auch einfach zum Fuß erreichbar, von REWE daneben und Edeka auf der anderen Seite der Weender Landstraße, bis zum Lidl und Aliman Markt im Norden.
English: The apartment is located near Kreuzbergring and next to the Z-Campus, so you can see the Blauer Turm from here. You can walk within 10-15 min. to the city center, also within 20 min. to the train station. There are many bus stops close to the apartment, such as Blauer Turm, Goßlerstraße and Kreuzbergring, so you are well connected to all parts of the city. Many supermarkets are also within easy walking distance, from REWE nearby and Edeka on the other side of Weender Landstraße, to Lidl and Aliman Markt in the north.

Die Betriebskostenpauschale beinhaltet nur Wasser und Gas, deswegen man sollte sich selbst um einen Stromvertrag und einen Internetvertrag kümmern.
Sie können mich von hier erreichen, damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können. Nach Vereinbarung kann die Miete ab 1 Juni beginnen.

The operating fee includes only water and gas, therefore one should take care of an electricity contract and an internet contract themselves.
