Da ich für längere Zeit ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in Weende.
Sie hat 17m² und ist möbliert (Schränke, Regale, Schreibtisch, Bett, Nachttisch vorhanden).
Im Zimmer selbst gibt es eine kleine Kochnische, im Nebenraum ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig gelegen, mit tollem Blick auf die umliegenden Wälder.
Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum, der genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Hauptcampus und das Klinikum sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es 5 Supermärkte.
Auch die Busanbindung ist sehr gut, falls man das Rad mal stehen lassen muss.
Schön wäre ein Nachmieter ab dem 1.3., allerdings ist auch ein Bezug ab 15.3. möglich.
Termine für eine Besichtigung in KW 8.
