Ich suche vom 22.8 bis zum 14.11.2016 eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein nettes 1 Zimmer Apartment in der Zimmermannstr. 11 . Der Mietzeitraum ist flexibel.
Das Apartment ist nur für 1 Person geeignet.
Nichtrauchen ist erwünscht und Tierhaltung ist leider nicht gestattet.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt Euro 360 incl. Nebenkosten ( Heizung , Strom, Internet etc. ).
Die Kaution beträgt Euro 500 .
Vor Einzug ist die Miete und die Kaution für den vereinbarten Zeitraum komplett zu zahlen .
Das Apartment ist komplett möbliert, ist 24 qm gross , hat eine Dusche/WC, eine Küchenzeile und einen gemütlichen Balkon.
Das Uni-Klinikum bzw. die North University ist sehr nahe , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tegut, DM), China Restaurant oder Burgerking und die Bushaltestellen sind nur in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Linien 21,22,23,31,41 und 42 ).

The total rent plus Deposit has to be paid to my account or in cash in once .
The apartment is 24 qm in size with a bathroom, a kitchenette with cozy balcony.
You will stay in a good location, easily go to Klinikum or North University, supermarkets (Tegut, DM), Chinese restaurant, Burgerking and the bus stops are just 1-2 minutes by foot (number 21,22,23,31,41 and 42).
