Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung unter! Ideal für derjenigen, der neu in Gö ist und noch auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung ist.
Die Wohnung liegt im siebten Stock und hat zwei große Fenster, durch die Licht eintritt. Es gibt aber auch zwei große Verdunkelungsvorhänge, falls nötig.
Bett, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Schrank, Regale, kleine Küche, kleines Badezimmer und alles, was man so braucht, sind vorhanden. Es gibt natürlich genügend Platz für deine Sachen. Waschmaschinen stehen im Keller zur Nutzung zur Verfügung und vor dem Haus gibt es Platz für Fahrräder.

I would like to rent my nice apartment. Suits perfect for someone new in Gö and is still looking for an apartment.
The apartment is on a seventh floor and has two bid windows, through the ones light comes in. There are also two big dark curtains if necessary.
Bed, desk, chairs, closet, shelves, small kitchen and bathroom, and everything that one needs come also with the apartment. There is also enough space for your stuff. Washing machines are in the basement and outside the building there is also space to park bikes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Robert-Koch-Straße im Roko-Studentenwohnheim und liegt in perfekter Lage: 5 Minuten entweder zum Zentral- oder Nordcampus mit dem Fahrrad, Supermärkte (Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) liegen auch 3 Minuten entfernt und Bushaltestellen sind in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is on the Robert-Koch- Straße in the students’ residence Roko and is situated in a perfect location: 5 minutes with the bike to Central or Nord Campus, supermarkets (Peny, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) are also 3 minutes away and the bus stations are also 1 minute on foot.
Meine Wohnung überlasse ich in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand und ich erwarte vom Zwischenmieter/-in, dass er/sie sehr sorgfältig damit umgeht und dass ich sie im selben Zustand zurückbekomme.
