Voraussetzung für die Miete dieser Wohnung ist ein Studierendenstatus. Eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung muss beim Vermieter eingereicht werden.
Nord-Campus & Uniklinikum in 5min Gehweite. Busverbindungen sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (PENNY, Lidl, Rewe) und Restaurants (McDonald‘s) in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Folgende Möbel sind bereits vorhanden: ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein kleiner Esstisch, ein Regal und Stühle. Kühlschrank inkl. kleine Pantry-Küche ist bereits vorhanden. Kleiderschrank ist im Wohnungsschnitt bereits integriert.
Es gibt einen Waschkeller im benachbarten Haus derselben Verwaltung, Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und ruhig.
Die Gesamtmiete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inkl. Heizung/Strom, außer Internetzugang.

You have to be a student to rent this place. The housemaster requiers a valid enrolment certificate. If you did not start studying yet but will in this year, then that is fine too. In that case, welcome! Furniture is already included: a bed, a long desk, a table for eating with a chair, a bookshelf and a small pantry-size kitchen with a fridge.
The apartment itself is in close proximity to the northern university campus and the uni clinic (5min). The ride to the center and the main campus takes 10 min by bike max.
The neighborhood is green, full of students but also family-friendly. A great plus is that it is calm at night-time. That is important for me especially during exams.
You can view this place from now on. Video calls are also possible.
