A perfect place for a single person looking for a nice cozy apartment. It has a pantry kitchen included and enough space for a person living alone. The highlights of the flat are the bright natural light entering during the whole day through the huge window and the good isolation of the walls for both noise and temperature.
The flat also includes a bedroom and a corridor at the entrance for storage space. Additionally, every tenant has its own storage space in the basement or in the top floor and access to a shared parking for bikes.
2 washing machines and a drying machine are located in the basement for shared use. They can be activated with coins and the cloths can be hung in the same room.
Most of the current furniture shown in the pictures will be removed.
The flat is located 10 minutes by walk from the north campus. The closest bus station direction to the city center is only a couple of minutes away and by bike takes around 15 min.
It is a really calm neighborhood. Only a few streets away the forest and some fields can be reached for nice walks, runs and outdoors activities. There’s also a nice park nearby for chilling, reading or hanging with friends when the weather (and the pandemic) allows it.
Aldi, Real and Teegut are the closest supermarkets in the area. All of them less than 10 min away walking.
