I’m Miao He, a new doctoral student in Gottingen University. I have China Goverment scholarship council to support the rent. I am enrolled in the Faculty of Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology. Me and my wife are fresh here and have no place to live. We have a marriage certificate notarized by the German embassy and she has got doctoral degree and she will find a postdoctoral position. We asked Gottingen City Town Hall and they told us- the apartment requires a minimum size of 24 sqm for couple. There was no requirement for the number of rooms.
So i want an apartment at least 24 sqm for couple--me and my wife.
We are no smoking, no wine-drinking, no friends and hence no partys. We are quiet and do not want a pet such as a dog or a cat.We come here just for studying and researching. You know it is hard for us to came here from China, far away from here. If you have an apartment please do not hesitate to rent it to me. I will take care of it.
