Need Studio Apartment for 1 Year Starting Mid-August 2012

I need a place to live for one year starting mid August of this year. I will be working at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry as a Laboratory Assistant in Stefan Hell's group. I am moving to Göttingen from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA; I recently graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in math and physics. I am quite, clean, well-mannered, and friendly. I am looking to lease the room for a year and am not interested in month to month leasing or in renting for less than a year. Ideally I would like a studio apartment with basic furnishings (i.e. a bed, basic kitchen or kitchenette, a chair and small desk, and of course a small bathroom) However please contact me about non-furnished spaces as well.
