Hallo alle zusammen,
da ich im kommenden Jahr ab Februar 2013 für 5 Monate (Feb '13 bis einschließlich Juni '13) im Ausland studieren werde, biete ich hier meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Hier die Wohnungsdaten:
- ca. 30m²
- seperate Küche
- Bad mit Fenster und Waschmaschine
- vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Abstellkammer, die eine Menge Stauraum für überflüssiges Zeug bietet.
Ansonsten zur Lage:
- Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt
- Rückseite vom Dom St. Nikolai
- 5 min zum Marktplatz, 10 min zum Bahnhof und nur wenige Minuten zum Audimax.
Die Miete beträgt 310 € (warm) hinzukommen aber noch knapp 30 € für Telefon, Internet &TV und 30€ Strom.
