Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
da ich aufgrund eines Praktikums im Februar und März nicht in Greifswald bin, möchte ich meine schöne, helle und ruhige Einzimmerwohnung zwischenvermieten.
Zur Wohnung:
- 36 qm
- große Küche
- Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer mit Kamin
- Bad mit Badewanne
- zentrale Lage in der Fr.-Löffler-Str.
Als Zwischenmiete hätte ich gerne für beide Monate insgesamt 500,00 € und als Sicherheit für mein Hab und Gut vorab 250,00 €.
Natürlich halten wir alles in einem Zwischenmietvertrag schriftlich fest und du erhältst die Kaution sofort nach Auszug zurück (insofern alles schick ist. :) )
Für Besichtigungstermine bin ich sehr flexibel.
