Hallo liebe Leute! Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne (provisionsfreie!) 1 Zimmer Wohnung in der Feldstraße ab sofort bzw. zum 01.01.15. Duschbad, Kochnische (ab Januar ist eine neue EBK geplant). Zu der 34 qm großen Wohnung gehört ein separater Abstellraum auf derselben Etage, in den ihr zum Beispiel auch euer Fahrrad unterbringen könnt. Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner auf jeder Etage, ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon zum Sonnen oder Wäsche trocknen, sowie ein Stellplatz für einen PKW und ein Fahrradkäfig. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Fenster, welches von der Decke bis zum Boden reicht und das Zimmer schön hell macht.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Fleischervorstadt, Norma ist direkt vor der Tür, eine Straße weiter findet ihr Aldi und Netto. In die Innenstadt und zum neuen Campus sind es mit dem Rad gerade mal 5 min. Die Fahrradwerkstatt ist auch nur 1 min entfernt, sehr praktisch, wenn ihr mal wieder Probleme mit eurem Fahrrad habt! ;)
TV inklusive! (Kabel Deutschland), Stellplatz inklusive, Strom muss extra bezahlt werden, ca. 17 €. Im Moment ist in der Wohnung "nur" eine Pantryküche, sobald sich aber ein Nachmieter gefunden hat, wird im Januar eine neue Einbauküche eingebaut!
