zum 1.04 wird meine Einzimmerwohnung frei.
Sie befindet sich im Studentenwohnpark Avila im sanierten Altbau.
Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenecke. Sie ist zum Innenhof gelegen, hell und ruhig. Der Gesamtpreis liegt bei ca. 350 Euro incl. Strom und Heizkosten. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Pauschale, es kommt am Ende des Jahres also keine Heizkostenabrechnung und damit eventuell verbundene Zusatzkosten hinzu. DSL Anschluss ist verfügbar.
Der Studentenwohnpark ist zentrumsnah. Der neue Campus (ca. 5 min.), Stadt (ca. 10 min) und mehrer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad geht alles noch viel schneller.
Im Gebäude sind 2 Fahradkeller vorhanden.
Zum Wäschewaschen stehen mehrer und genügend Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfühgung.
Der Wohnpark ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und ein Hausmeister hilft bei Problemen gern weiter.
