ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine geliebte 1 Zimmer Wohnung in der Brinkstraße in Greifswald. Sie kostet 358€ warm und hat einiges im Petto:
Sie misst ca 25 m2 und beinhaltet schon das Internet, Müllentsorgung und Wasser. Außerdem gibt es eine Einbauküche, einen Einbauschrank, der viel Stauraum bietet, Fußbodenheizung, ein modernes Bad, eine große Fensterfront und eine Terrasse. Da Sie nach hinten ausgerichtet ist, ist es dort ziemlich ruhig.
Das Einzugsdatum ist auf jeden Fall verhandelbar.
Bei Interesse schreibt mich gerne an. Natürlich könnt ihr auch vorbeikommen und euch die Wohnung anschauen.

Da sie in der Fleischervorstadt liegt, sind sowohl der alte als auch der neue Campus schnell zu erreichen (nicht einmal 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad).
Netto ist nebenan und auch zu Lidl und Aldi ist es nicht weit.
