Hallo, da ich in einer anderen Stadt ziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Sie ist 24m² groß und ist sehr schön geschnitten und besitzt zwei Fenster. Kochnische (2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank) ist vorhanden, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Ein Fahrstuhl, Waschkeller, Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden, einen Autostellplatz kann man ggf. dazumieten. Die Warmmiete beträgt 310€. Ich bin nur noch bis zum 19.2 in Greifswald, danach müsste dann ein Besichtigungstermin mit der Verwalterin abgesprochen werden. Bei weiteren Fragen könnt ihr euch gerne bei mir melden: ----/-------.
