Ich gehe für ein paar Monate für ein Praktikum nach Berlin. Meine Wohnung möchte ich daher sehr gerne zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stellen. Der Zeitraum kann auch gerne individuell vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage. Direkt in der Innenstadt, am Dom. Der Rubenowplatz sowie die Lange Str. ist 1min entfernt. Zu Edeka benötigt man 4 min zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof 5 min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Eine Waschmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank.. das Bett ist 1,40m breit. Die Wohnung ist immer hell und warm, da sie Südseite hat und eine riesige Fensterfront, welche über die gesamte Wohnung reicht.
