Ich möchte meine von mir eigenhändig aufgemöbelte Ein-Raum-Wohnung für den Sommer zwei Monate untervermieten.
Ich habe sie letzten Herbst bezogen und seitdem sorglich behandelt, meine zum größten Teil selbst kreierte Einrichtung würde ich dir für die Zeit überlassen und wenn du ein Fahrrad brauchst lässt sich ebenfalls darüber diskutieren.
Also : Auf Grund der nahen Lage zum Strand die bezahlbare Mischung aus Ferienwohnung und Klinikum/StudentenWohnung für diesen Sommer !
Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit Fahrrad erreicht man Greifswalds "HotSpots" in Windeseile :

via ÖV 30 Min Seebad Lubmin
bequem zu Fuß erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Rewe/Penny/Netto
5 Min Fahrrad zum Elisenpark wo es wirklich alles gibt
ÖV Anschluss mit den Linien 2 und 3 + Überlandbusse
Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen bin ich die meiste Zeit unter ----/------- zu erreichen.
