Ein großes Zimmer und eine große Küche werden durch Flur, Bad und einen 8m² großen Balkon komplettiert. Der Fußboden ist aus Laminat, dass Bad ist weiß gefließt. Bei Bedarf kann die Einbauküche übernommen werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter Innenstadtlage zwischen Bahnhof und Markt, auch die Mensa ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung kann von einer Einzelperson bewohnt werden, ist aber auch für ein Paar groß genug.
