Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Steintorcampus(7min)ideal für Studenten. Sie liegt genau hinter dem Stadtpark und eine Straße vom Charlottencenter entfernt. Sowohl die Innenstadt als auch der Hauptbahnhof sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt . Großes Plus der Wohnung ist die separate Küche, die ich mit der Waschmaschine an den Nachmieter weiterverkaufen würde. Je nach Bedarf auch einpaar Möbelstücke. Der Dachboden ist mit Wäscheleinen versorgt, sodass man seine Wäsche nicht in der Wohnung aufhängen muss.
P.s. ich habe noch ältere Bilder bei Tageslicht hinzugefügt nicht wundern :)
