Ich suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine schöne, gemütliche, kleine Wohlfühl-Wohnung in perfekter Lage.
Zur Saale und zum Reileck sind es nur ein paar Minuten und die Gegend hier ist ruhig aber zentral.
Bars, Einkaufen, Fitness, alles entspannt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt Richtung Hinterhof in einer ruhigen Straße. (Im Hinterhof gibt es eigene Parkplätze für die Hausbewohner!)
Im Sommer kann man problemlos mit weit offenem Fenster schlafen, was ich immer besonders genossen habe.
Was das Einzugsdatum angeht bin ich etwas flexibel..
Möbel, wie Sofa oder Regal können nach Absprache übernommen werden.
