The apartment has a brand new fitted kitchen, with a convection oven and a refrigerator with freezer for 3 stars. The daylight bathroom with bathtub is spacious and modern; there is a washing machine.
The living and dining room is bright and spacious, and has a corner couch, a bookcase, a chest of drawers, a closet, and a 140 x 80 mm desk with ergonomic desk chair. Here you can comfortably work or study even from home.
The height of the second level - the "bedroom" - is 2m. The "bedroom" is about 6sqm, has additional shelves, and is easily accessible for a normally mobile person via a ladder with wide steps. The mattress is as good as new and has the dimensions 140 x 200 m (1-2 persons). However, it is also possible to use a smaller mattress.
The neighbors in the house are mostly young adults, but it is usually very quiet.
The apartment also has a basement compartment of about 6sqm.
There is a shared bicycle cellar in the back house, and in the courtyard garden table and chairs invite to cozy get-togethers.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street to Merseburger Straße. The streetcar stop Pfännerhöhe (lines 2 and 5) is 1min walk from the house entrance. The next stop is already the main station Halle.
In 5min you can walk to the "Park am Thüringer Bahnhof" with beautiful walking paths, art sculptures, beach volleyball fields and climbing walls.
In 10-15min you can walk to the city center of Halle.
Directly across the street on Merseburger Straße are several supermarkets (Edeka, Penny Markt, REWE).
The "Nebenkosten" includes ALL other costs except internet/telephone and electricity. Most tenants in the house have internet installed via Telekom. Fiber optic connection is not yet available, but planned.
Pet ownership is allowed, with consideration for neighbors (so please no untrained, constantly barking dog or the like).
The apartment is perfect for students or professionals who want to move in without furniture. In principle, a couple could also move in. In this case, the utilities would be 165 € per month.
