Weil ich ein Auslandssemester mache vermiete ich meine schöne Wohnung zwischen Anfang Februar und Ende Juni / Anfang Juli 2024.
Ich wohne in einer 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Küche ist etwas separat und lässt sich, zum Beispiel während des Kochens, durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnraum abtrennen. Außerdem gibt es natürlich ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine Waschmaschine usw. Meine Möbel, Koch und Putzutensilien usw. bleiben in der Wohnung und dürfen selbstverständlich benutzt werden.
Trotz Altbau und dementsprechend schön hoher Decken heizt die Wohnung schnell auf. Dank der großen Fenster auf der Südseite ist es den ganzen Tag über hell.
Im Haus wohnen sonst Familien und alte Menschen, alle sehr nett. Der Garten darf mitbenutzt werden.

Because I am going to spend one semester abroad, I am renting out my lovely apartment between early February and the end of June / early July 2024. I live in a one-room apartment. The kitchen kinda separate, but not a separate room, and can be separated from the living space, for example, during cooking, by a curtain. Additionally, there is, of course, a small bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, etc. My furniture, cooking and cleaning utensils, etc., will remain in the apartment and can be used of course.
despite being in an old building with high ceilings, the apartment heats up quickly. Thanks to the large windows on the south side, it is bright all day long. In the building, there live families and elderly people, all very nice. The garden can be used by everyone.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum. Die Straßenbahnstation "Diakoniewerk" erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten, zur Station "Hermanstraße" sind es 10 Minuten. In der Nähe befindet sich sowohl der Design- als auch der Kunstcampus der Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule, auch der Steintorcampus ist nicht weit, ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch überall im Nu.
Rund um die Wohnung ist es sehr grün, der Friedhof und der Botanische Garten sind nebenan, zur Saale und Peisnitz Insel ist es ein Katzensprung. Aus dem Fenster blickst du direkt ins Grüne. Es ist sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrs- oder ähnlicher Lärm.

The apartment is located in the city center. The tram station "Diakoniewerk" can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and it's 10 minutes to the "Hermanstraße" tram stop. Nearby are both the design and art campuses of the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art, and the Steintor campus is not far as well, about a 15-minute walk. You can get anywhere quickly by bicycle as well.
Around the apartment, it's very green; the cemetery and the Botanical Garden are nearby, and the Saale River and Peisnitz Island are just a stone's throw away. From the window, you have a direct view of greenery. It's very quiet, no traffic or similar noise.
