Quiet 1.5 room apartment in downtown Ruhige 1,5 Zimmerwohnung in der Innenstadt

The location is quiet and very central. There are 2 minutes (and to the train), the lion campus of the Uni Halle is also only 2 minutes and the market place 7 minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants are also in abundance right around the corner.

Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr zentral. Zur Großen UllrichStraße sind es 2 Minuten (und zur Bahn), zum Löwencampus der Uni Halle sind es auch nur 2 Minuten und zum Marktplatz 7 Minuten. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in Fülle ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.

The washing machine, the bathroom cabinet, the table with chairs as well as the kitchen island belong to me, but I would be happy to leave them against a knockout in the apartment.

In the case of rent, there might be a slight change.

The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is in a quite good condition.

Die Waschmaschine, der Badezimmerschrank, der Tisch mit Stühlen sowie die Kücheninsel gehören mir, ich würde mich allerdings freuen diese gegen einen Abschlag in der Wohnung zu lassen.

Bei der Miete könnte sich gegebenenfalls noch geringfügig etwas ändern.

Die Wohnung wurde ca 2014 saniert und ist in einem recht guten Zustand.
