Hallo,
ich gehe für ein halbes Jahr nach Dresden und vermiete in der Zeit (oder auch für immer ;) ) meine komplett
ausgestattete wunderschöne DG-Wohnung. In der Miete sind Kaltmiete (200€), komplett
Nebenkosten (70€) und Möbel-/Waschmaschinenbenutzung (30€) enthalten. Ein Fernseher
ist auch da, allerdings habe ich im Moment Kabel nicht angemeldet, weil ich kaum da
bin. Geht ja aber schnell ;)
Noch kurz zur Wohnung: sie ist 38qm, hat eine große Wohn-Küche mit Sesseln und ein
Arbeits-/Schlafzimmer. Sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche sind Fenster. Ist also schön
hell und auch recht ruhig, obwohl die Lage perfekt ist. Parkmöglichkeiten und auch
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch.
Also einfach mal melden und sich über diese Wohnung freuen.
