Ein Traumwohnung für Singles und Studenten (Hochpaterre!). Geht ihr durch die wunderschöne Toreinfahrt so empfängt euch
schon das herrliche Flair von dem Einrichtungshaus "Steinweg Home".
Die Wohnung ist hell, kuschlig, sehr ruhig trotz Marktplatznnähe, da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt.
Küche ist im Raum intigriert. Ich habe ein Regal als Raumtrenner benutzt und bin damit immer gut gefahren.
Macht euer eigenes Konzept und schaut euch die Bude an! Heiße Wahre! :) Marktplatz - noch Fragen? Einfach super!
Strom muss extra beantragt werden. Ich bin derzeit bei der EVH und bezahle 24 €. Internet geht gut mit 1&1 Kosten 20 €.
Parkplätze können beim Vermieter angemeldet werden (ca. 40 EUR pro Monat). Ansonsten steht man
innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten am beliebtesten Treffpunkt "dem Händel" in Halle und hat alle
Verkehrsverbindungen direkt vor der Nase! Besser geht's einfach nicht. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind so
zahlreich, dass ich sie hier weglassen und ihr sie selbst erkunden könnt.
