Ich suche für den 01.02.2015 einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung am Steintor. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Eingangsberich, sowie eine Nische um Sachen abzustellen. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer modernen Küche ausgestattet (2 Kochplatten, kein Herd). Das Zimmer ist 27 qm groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle benötigten Möbel. Das Bad ist sehr schick und neu mit einer großen Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, daher ist es sehr ruhig und man schaut auf grün. Trotz dessen ist der ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt einen Waschmaschinenraum im Keller, der mit Münzen genutzt werden kann. Lidl, Rewe sowie ein 24h-Edeka sind in greifbarer Nähe. Das Steintor Variete ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 300 Euro warm (ohne Strom). Bei Interesse gern anrufen oder SMS schreiben.
