Der Campus, die ULB, die Mensa, das Reileck, die Ulrichstraße und der botanische Garten sind in 5 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Außerdem befindet sich ein Penny in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und ein NP, der bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet hat, ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und verfügt über Dachliegefenster und schönes Gebälk. Sie hat einen sehr günstigen Zuschnitt, da die Küche seperat ist, was für eine Einraumwohnung dieser Größe besonders ist. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, WC, Waschmaschienenanschluss und ein großes Fenster.
Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich studentische WGs.
