Ich suche zum/ab 1.4. oder auch 1.5 einen Nachmieter für meine Studentenwohnung.
Kurz zu den Fakten:
- 32m² Wohnfläche
- Kaltmiete 153,03 €
- ~ 236€ Warm...hatte bisher jedes Jahr bei den Nebenkosten eine Mietminderung... (Strom ist da mit drin)
- Einbauküche (Herdplatten & Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach)
- nach Innen liegendes Bad mit Dusche
Die Wohnung hat einen nach Westen gerichteten großen Balkon und eine Fensterfront, die die ganze Wohnung abdeckt!! Heller und freundlicher gehts praktisch nicht!
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Magistrale, da sie aber im 5. OG liegt hört man vom normalen Straßenlärm praktisch nichts.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle lässt sich in ~1min erreichen. Es gibt 3 Bahnen, die einen in ca. 12min bist zum Markt/Uni bringen.
Hinter dem Haus befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze.
Am besten bin ich via Email unter zu erreichen.
