Ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für meine beschauliche Wohnung. Sie hat einen Flur, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ausreichend Platz Platz für eine Waschmaschine und Wäschebox, einen ziemlich großen Balkon und das Wohnzimmer mit eingebauter Pantry-Küche (Kühlschrank+Herd+Spüle).
Sie ist direkt an der Haltestelle "An der Feuerwache" gelegen und damit perfekt angebunden (alle 3 Minuten kommt eine Straßenbahn). Hier im Umkreis gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zu Edeka (Saale-Center), Penny oder Netto brauch man zu Fuß knapp 5 Minuten und das Neustadt-Centrum (Real) ist auch nur 2 Haltestellen entfernt.
Zum Weinberg kommt man in maximal 10 Minuten und in die Stadt (Hauptcampus) braucht man 13 Minuten.
Wenn du Student(in), Azubi(ne) oder Auszubildende(r) bist, ist diese Wohnung perfekt für dich.
Ich hätte auch noch Möbel, die ich dir für einen Abschlagspreis überlassen könnte, über den Preis würde man sich bestimmt einig werden (das ist jedoch kein muss). :)
