Da ich für 6 Monate SchönHalle für ein Praktikum verlasse, möchte ich gerne meine schöne, sonnige zentral gelegene Wohnung untervermieten :)
In ca. 46 m² fühlt ihr euch bestimmt sofort heimisch. Das Zimmer (etwa 26 m²) ist sehr groß und beherbergt sowohl ein Bett (140 x 200 cm) als auch eine Couch, Schreibtisch und genug Staumöglichkeiten (Regale, ein Schrank) für eure Sachen. Die separate Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Tisch + Stühle, Geschirr, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc.) und auch das Bad ist groß, mit Waschmaschine und Dusche.
WLAN & TV (gute alte Röhre) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Zur Tram 7/3/8 sind es - wenn überhaupt - 2 min. Sowohl NP als auch der 24h-Edeka sind keine 10 min entfernt. Mensa Harz und diverse Essmöglichkeiten, Cafés sind in der Nähe und auch bis zur Peißnitz muss man nicht viel Zeit einplanen. Zum Campus sind es ca. 10 min.
Einziehen kannst du gerne bereits Ende Oktober. Zur Absicherung beider Parteien können wir auch gern einen Vertrag aufsetzen & auch die Kautionshöhe ist verhandelbar.
