Die Wohnung ist mit 19 Quadratmetern zwar recht klein, bietet dafür aber einen schönen Balkon und ein Bad mit Dachluke, also Tageslicht. Sie ist praktisch geschnitten und verfügt über eine kleine Küchennische mit Kühlschrank, Spüle und Herdplatte.
150m weiter liegt der 24h-Edeka und auch Post, Bäcker, Apotheke, Drogerien, sowie Pizzaläden, das Sushieck und einiges mehr sind bequem innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Da die Wohnung im hinterhaus liegt ist sie dennoch ruhig.
Die Nebenkosten sind sehr gut berechnet, ich habe bisher jedes Jahr etwas zurückbezahlt bekommen. Pro Monat komme ich auf etwa 15 Euro Stromkosten und eine schnelle Internetverbindung ist über diverse Anbieter zu erhalten.
Wenn die Wohnung so toll ist, warum zieh ich dann aus? Weil sie für zwei dann eben doch zu klein ist :)
Für einen alleine kann ich sie aber nur empfehlen.
