Da ich Halle verlassen werde, hinterlasse ich eine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung direkt am Reileck, die zum 1.8.2012 bezogen werden kann. Die Wohnung umfasst ca 36qm mit Kochnische und kleinem Flur. Die Kücheneinrichtung kann teilweise übernommen werden (ich nehme bei Wunsch aber auch alles raus).
Der Laminatboden wurde bei meinem Einzug vor 2 Jahren frisch verlegt und ist dementsprechend noch wie neu. Das Bad ist schön groß und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung hat 4 große Fenster und ist damit sehr schön hell.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka) und Straßenbahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach Absprache könnten auch Möbelstücke teilweise übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist provisionsfrei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Reileck.
3 min bis zur Straßenbahn, 3 min zum 24h Edeka, 15 min bis zum Uniplatz, 10-15 min bis zur Peissnitz., 8 min zur Harz Mensa.
Zwecks Besichtigungsterminen könnt ihr mich per Email oder telefonisch erreichen.
Im Hinterhof kann zusätzlich ein Stellplatz für 26€/Monat gemietet werden.
