schweren Herzens gebe ich meine Wohnung auf, da ich Halle beruflich bedingt verlassen muss. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, sehr hell und hat einen tollen Balkon mit Blick über die ganze Stadt. Sie hat einen hochwertigen Fußboden, das Bad und der Flur sind separat und die Küche ist zum Wohnraum hin offen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - Reileck und Paulusviertel sind direkt vor der Tür. Da die Wohnung zum Hof rausgeht und im 5.Stock liegt ist sie sehr ruhig. Auch sind die Nachbarn sehr nett und ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen und das Bad wurde gerade erst neu gemacht.
In der Gesamtmiete sind die Heizkosten enthalten!
Im Keller gibts Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die genutzt werden können.
