A cozy studio flat is waiting for you in the Paulusviertel/Wuchererstrasse area! It is a 26 m2 apartment already furnished. It is extremely quiet, as it is located in the backyard, quite bright and perfect for one or two persons.
My contract ends on 31.07.2018, but you can move in already starting with the 20th July, if you want.
The apartment is fully equipped but has no oven and dishwasher. I would like to sell the bed (140x200), sofa, carpets, shelves, 2 chairs, and one small wardrobe for 150€ all included.
You can use the communal washing machine and dryer in the basement.
If you have a bike, you will surely find a place in our spacious backyard for it. Otherwise, it is also possible to park it in the cellar.
