Die Wohnung liegt im Paulusviertel nähe des Wasserturms und ist nur wenige Fußminuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt. Einkausmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Gegend viele und auch Bars und Kneipen lassen sich leicht finden.
Zum Steintorcampus fährt man mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten und zum Hauptcampus braucht man auch keine 10 Minuten.
Für Fahrten mit dem Auto gibt es eine gute Autobahnanbindung, die einem lange Fahrten durch die Innenstadt erspart.
Trotz der guten Lage ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie zum Hinterhof zeigt.
