Helle, schöne Wohnung! Eine Küche ist drin, für die keine Zusatzkosten anfallen. Sie ist voll funktionsfähig und in gutem Zustand. Zudem ist ein individuelles Hochbett hineingetischlert, das Platz spart und einen Wohnraum schafft, so passt z.B. ein Sofa hinein. In der ganzen Wohnung ist Laminat oder Fliesen verlegt. Ein Waschmaschinen-Anschluss ist vorhanden. Ein Kellerabteil gehört auch zur Wohnung. Der Service ist super, es gab nie Probleme. Die anderen Miet-Parteien im Haus sind sehr freundlich und umgänglich.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeitenu sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Edeka, Unverpackt-Laden, Metzger, Bäcker, usw.). Das Paulusviertel hat eine wunderbare Café-Kultur, es lebt von der künstlerischen und familiären Atmosphäre. Wenige Minuten entfernt sind der Steintorcampus und das Löwengebäude.
