ich bin den im Februar und März im Praktikum und würde daher meine Wohnung gerne anbieten!
es ist eine sehr gemütliche, kleine 2-Raum Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick!
Schaut sie euch einfach an, falls ihr nur einen Teil der Zeit hier sein wollt werden wir uns sicherlich auch einig!
Was die Miete betrifft, gilt das gleiche!

Man fällt aus der Tür und steht in der Straßenbahn ;)!Von hier aus sind es ca 10 min per Fuß oder eben 3 min mit der Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof!
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und wie schon geschrieben - gemütlich!
