Die Wohnungen besitzt ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine kleine Küche und ein großes Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer. Sie ist sehr günstig und gepflegt...also sehr gut geeignet für Studenten.
Suche jemanden, der auch evtl. meine Waschmaschine und den Herd übernimmt. Über den Preis lässt sich verhandeln :) Ist aber kein MUSS.
Die Wohnung ist nur 3 Minuten von der Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt und damit fährt man 15 Minuten bis Zentrum/Uni. Mit Fahrrad ist auch alles sehr gut zu erreichen und schnell.
Wohnung wird bei FROHE ZUKUNFT Wohnungsgenossenschaft als Mietläufer-Wohnung bezeichnet, daher zahlt ihr nur die hälfte der Miete (insgesamt 130€ + Nebenkosten 35€ EVH Gas + Strom, Genossenschaftanteile werden auch verlangt, die man in Raten abzahlen kann). Bei Interesse meldet euch bitte.
