I am 22-year-old young man, and I have no habit of smoking, drinking, or other bad habit. I can accept short/long-term rentals and I can pay deposit if reasonable. I am warm-hearted and I am willing to follow your rules if reasonable.
Last, I want to start the rental contract from 25.09.2017 or 1.10.2017, because I will arrive in Halle on 22.09.2017. I am going to study in MLU thus I prefer the one-room flat near MLU in which I can cook or there is a kitchen. And I have no more require except for a safe living condition and an acceptable monthly rent.
