International student who wants to live close to the Weinberg Campus

I come from China and will study in Germany for the following years. As a PhD student, I will spend most of my time in the lab, namely the Max-Planck Institute for Microstructure Physics in the Weinberg Campus. I think I just go back to my room at night for a sleep and will leave in the morning. I prefer to live alone in a 1 Room Flat, or live with other students/young people in flatshares. If you offer the flatshares, I hope there can be a individual bathroom and a balcony in my own room. Also, if you offer the flatshares, only Female is accepted for me. I hope the house is quiet and clean, with bright sunshine! I cannot speak German currenlty but I can speak English and Chinese. Also, I hope to cook by myself on weekends and holidays.
