Looking for a preferably private room with attached bathroom or single room flat. must have Einbauküche. Utilities included in rent, as well as wifi possibly. If the house is shared, with as few roommates (women only) as possible and non-smoking. Halle or Leipzig are preferable locations. I do not smoke or make a lot of noise and I am very particular about the upkeep of my living environment.
