Da ich im Rahmen meines Studiums einen Auslandsaufenthalt plane, wird meine Wohnung vom 1. Januar bis zum 1. Juni 2024 frei sein.
Es handelt sich um eine schöne Einzimmerwohnung (40 m2) im südlichen Teil des Stadtzentrums von Halle, die gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Person, aber für ein paar Monate ist es sicherlich auch möglich, zu zweit darin zu wohnen. Neben einem großen Wohn-/Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Flur, der zum Bad und zur Küche führt.
Alle Möbel werden in der Wohnung bleiben. Dazu gehören alle Sachen in der Küche, ein großer Schreibtisch im Wohnzimmer, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Bücherregal und das Bett.

As I am planning a stay abroad as part of my studies, my apartment will be available from January 1 to June 1, 2024.
It is a nice one-room apartment (40 m2) in the southern part of the city center of Halle, which is well connected to public transport. The apartment is ideal for one person, but it is certainly also possible for two people to live in it for a few months. In addition to a large living room/bedroom, there is a hallway leading to the bathroom and kitchen.
All furniture will remain in the apartment. This includes everything in the kitchen, a large desk in the living room, a closet, a bookshelf and the bed.

Die Wohnung liegt in der südlichen Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der ÖPNV ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum Halles (z.B. Markplatz oder Universität). Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig und man ist schnell im Grünen (z.B. an der Rabeninsel zum Joggen). Supermärkte (Rewe, Konsum) liegen ebenfalls in der Nähe und sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten). Im Viertel können schnell Parkplätze gefunden werden und ein Fahrrad kann im Innenhof abgestellt werden.

The apartment is located in the southern part of the city center. You can get to the center of Halle (e.g. Markplatz or university) very quickly by bike or public transport. The apartment is still very quiet and you are quickly in the countryside (e.g. at the Rabeninsel for jogging). Supermarkets (Rewe, Konsum) are also nearby and can be reached quickly on foot (approx. 5 minutes). Parking spaces can be found quickly in the neighborhood and a bicycle can be parked in the courtyard.
Der Vermieter der Wohnung lebt im selbem Haus. Bei Fragen oder Unsicherheiten gibt es also immer einen Ansprechpartner.
