Ich möchte meine Wohnung vom 01.07.2016 bis 31.12.2016 gerne untervermieten, da ich in dieser Zeit nicht in Halle bin.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der südlichen Innenstadt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Markt entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Rannischer Platz". Trotz, dass sie so zentral liegt, ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie "hinten raus liegt". Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr ruhig und nett.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG und kann durch den Fahrstuhl oder die Treppe erreicht werden. Weiterhin hat sie einen schönen, großen Balkon, auf dem man sich entspannen kann. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
In der Straße selbst gibt es viele Imbisse, Banken, Bäcker usw. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wenn ihr also eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen sucht, dann melde dich einfach bei mir.
