Da ich von der Arbeit aus in eine andere Stadt versetzt wurde, muss ich leider aus meiner schönen Wohnung in Halle (südl. Innenstadt, super Lage) ausziehen und suche einen Nachmieter.
Zu der Wohnung gehören 2 Zimmer,ein Flur, ein großes, fast neues Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss, 1 Kellerraum und ein großer Balkon. Die Küchenzeile (integriert in ein Zimmer) mit Herd, Geschirrspüler und Kühl-Gefrierkombination sollte zusammen mit allen Lampen, Flurgarderobe, Plissees, Badrollo u.s.w. für insgesamt 180 Euro übernommen werden.
Die Hochparterre-Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße Nähe Rannischer Platz. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt, nach nur 3 Haltestellen ist man am zentralen Marktplatz in Halle. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Ärzte und Apotheke sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
